Corporate Sponsorship Options
We offer a basic exhibitor package and a variety of other sponsorship packages. We encourage sponsorship of conference meals and breaks: sponsoring companies are highlighted throughout the conference on projectors between sessions and on the association’s website (www.oracrao.org). Having your booth represented in a scavenger hunt and a list of attendee emails is included in all exhibitor packages.

Includes sponsorship of the Monday night dinner and drink, one exhibitor's table (first choice in location), all meals/conference events for two representatives (if attending), one Monday Presenter Option, specific announcement of “Conference Sponsorship” on conference website link prior to and following the conference (through calendar year), announcements throughout conference and your company logo on all conference attendee name badges. The Business Partner will contact you to arrange your choice of Monday presentation times and exhibitor table location. If you would like to provide bags or lanyards for attendees at the registration table or napkins or other swag with your logo for dinner, please contact us to arrange.

Adventures with Vendors - Sunday afternoon social event
FREE (+possible cost of activity)
This year we would like to offer vendor activities for attendees on Sunday afternoon. We want to highlight our vendors and Edgefield has great options for doing so! By selecting this add-on you will have a first come first serve option to select one of the many activities where you will ‘host’ an event where attendees will join you for your event and get to know you and your product better. Each event will last about 45-50 minutes. After that time the attendees will move on to the next vendors event and a new group of attendees will join your selected event. With this option you will let us know what activity you will be sponsoring, we will confirm the time slot and you will arrange it with Edgefield directly (including paying the cost of the activity if applicable, like drinks).
Options include; wine tour and tasting, distillery tour and tasting, a putting challenge on the golf course, drinks at Jerry’s Ice House, Powerstation Pub or the Little Red Shed, games/drinks at Lucky Staehly's Pool Hall, a garden walk and Edgefield history talk (the vendor can learn the history and share the info with the group of attendees during the walk), a hot tub soak (or feet soak) with tea or drinks, or a walk and view- glass blowing and the EarthArt Clayworks.

Presenter Option

Only available in conjunction with an Exhibitor Package or higher sponsorship level. Includes one session presentation (either solo or partnering with an OrACRAO institution);
