OrACRAO Room Rates

$119 for King and Queen - Queen Rooms

$129 for Premium Kings, King Suites, Double – Double Suites

Make sure to book your room by April 23. The OrACRAO rate will be available after April 23 but availability of rooms will not be guaranteed. Remember you can cancel with at least 72 hours advance notice without penalty.

Booking Instructions

Web: Once you are on www.AshlandHillsHotel.com in the upper right hand corner select “Book Now”. Enter in the arrival date, length of stay and number of adults in the room. In Group ID, enter 101025.*

*This will automatically populate the group rate as long as you are selecting valid dates for the group. For those wanting to arrive early or to stay after the conference it is best to call the hotel directly.

Be sure to indicate you are with OrACRAO (Oregon Association of Collegiate Registrar’s & Admissions Officers) when booking. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card, as well as a first night stay deposit. Individual reservations may be canceled 72 hours in advance without penalty.
